Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We may receive information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, state, credit goals, service questions, and account communications. Sensitive information—including identity documents, credit-report details, and payment information—should be submitted only through the approved secure systems provided during enrollment.

How information is used

We may use information to respond to requests, provide and manage services, communicate about your account, review credit information you authorize us to access, maintain security, improve our process, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Service providers

We use third parties for credit monitoring, secure client onboarding, electronic signatures, document storage, dispute workflow, communications, hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Security and choices

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Website Terms of Use

Informational purpose

This website provides general educational and service information. It is not legal, tax, lending, or financial advice. Using the website or emailing us does not create a client relationship; a relationship begins only after required disclosures and a written service agreement are completed.

No guaranteed results

Credit outcomes vary. Legacy Credit Advisor does not promise a specific score increase, lender approval, interest rate, deletion, or completion timeline.

Third-party services

Links may lead to independent credit-monitoring, client-portal, electronic-signature, payment, or other providers. Their terms, fees, availability, security, and privacy practices are separate from ours.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with site operation, impersonate another person, or submit false or unlawful information.

03

Cancellation Information

Your signed agreement and attached cancellation notice explain the deadline, method, and terms that apply to your enrollment. Federal law generally gives consumers three business days to cancel a credit-repair contract without charge. Florida law provides Florida buyers five days from the date the contract is signed. When different rules apply, the agreement should provide the right required for your transaction.

To request cancellation, use the method stated in your agreement or send a clear written request to Getstarted@legacycreditadvisor.com. Include your name and account email, but do not email Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents. Keep a copy of your request and any confirmation.

This webpage is a summary, not the formal Notice of Cancellation included with an eligible service agreement.
